Athletic Training
We provide athletic training services for three area high schools in addition to covering numerous soccer, basketball and flag football tournaments. We have been the official sports medicine provider for the state 5A basketball tournament and metro volleyball tournaments.

For athelete's, we have intensive strength training programs, to get and keep you in shape so that you can excel in your sport while reducing the risk of injury. Our director, Bo Renshaw, is a board-certified athletic trainer who works with hundreds of successful athletes. Over the years he has gained a successful reputation by helping athletes excel in their sports. Whatever your age or ability, we can help elevate your game to a new level.

We offer state-of-the-art equipment that includes a comprehensive fitness center complete with a treadmill, exercise bicycle and multiple-station gym that are the same as those used in conventional fitness centers.
Other state-of-the-art equipment includes MedX low back strengthening and testing equipment, ultrasound, TENS, interferential units, STS sympathetic-nerve stimulators and more.
